Engagement Models

1. Full Time Hiring

Your employees work for you 8 hours a day and 22 days in a month.

2. Part Time Hiring
Your employees work for you 4 hours a day and 22 days in a month.
3. Hourly Basis Hiring
Based on your contract your employees will work for you for a defined number of hours.


Pay As You Go Agreement

Using the PAYG arrangement allows you to buy 40 hours of work in advance for which you can take as long as you like to use those hours up. A part time or full time arrangement will guarantee you the same hours each week or month. You are likely to get a more efficient service from permanent staff as they may only work for you or just 1 other person. The rate is also slightly cheaper for permanent.
